Acronis True Image Home: Computer Backups
We have used Acronis True Image in our office for the past two years
to backup business computers and also our home computers. We
tried the leading competitor (Symantec Ghost), yet there is a huge
difference in performance and reliability. Acronis has them
beat by a long shot. It's never failed us when we've needed a
fast recovery, and we especially like the scheduled backups.

RoboForm: Password Manager
Without a doubt, this is the best utility we've ever seen or used.
You can get a
free download of it HERE. RoboForm allows you to keep passwords and other secure notes in an encrypted
program on your computer. Then when you access one of your favorite secure sites, it automatically fills in
the login information for you. It is especially good for visiting sites to sign up for something new.
RoboForm fills in all of the name and address information for you.
